Creative Branding
This morning I was in a cab in Las Vegas. The cab driver explained to me how he differentiates himself from his competition. He explained why he is not a "cab driver", but rather a "relocation engineer". The explaination was less amusing than the branding.

It is important to be consistent with the branding once it is established. Employees need to be taught what the branding is. The use of a slogan needs to be consistent. The same logo or image needs to appear on all marketing material. Don’t forget the building and the web site. The more times a person sees (or hears) your branding, the more they will relate it to your business.
